Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

I was just wondering that could I use your beautiful picture 'Fog With Tree' in my webpage as a cover image to my latest song? It's completely non-commercial project and when I was composing the song I was very inspired by that picture. And of course I will put a link to your profile-page.

I have been meaning to join for ages~but what can I say, I'm neither ambitious or motivated these days. I much more an apreciator of art than I am artist~ I briefly attended Cooper Union~ I love photography and sketching~won't someone pity me and buy me a scanner?~
